  • 1small roll of goats cheese
  • 1 tinpuy lentils
  • Red onion diced
  • Glove of garlic crushed
  • Small bunch of chives
  • 50 gwallnuts
  • 2lemon
  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • leavesSalad

    Chop walnuts and chives finely

  2. 2

    Roll cheese in the nuts, wrap in clingfilm and out in the fridge

  3. 3

    Rinse and cook lentils as instructed on the cans

  4. 4

    Finley chop the red onion and garlic add the white wine vinegar and olive oil plenty of salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Drain lentils. Now here's a tip poor the dressings on the lentils whilst they are warm. Taste sensation serve on a bed of leaves slice the cheese a d a good lemo wedge.
