Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsgrated paneer
  2. 1mashed potato
  3. 1chopped cashew
  4. 1/2 tspchopped raisins
  5. 2 tspcornflour
  6. 2onions pureed
  7. 3tomatoes pureed
  8. 1.5 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tsptomato sauce
  12. 2 tspcream
  13. 2slit green chillies
  14. 4-6 tspamul butter
  15. As required Fresh chopped coriander
  16. Pinchorange colour
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. As required Oil for frying

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    For koftas, mix paneer,potato,dry fruits, 1/2 tsp salt and cornflour. Make balls out of it and deep fry.

  2. 2

    Heat butter,add ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.

  3. 3

    Add onion puree.saute till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree, tomato sauce and all spices with salt.

  5. 5

    When butter leaves the sides, add cream and fried balls in the gravy.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with roti,paranthas.Garnish with fresh coriander.
