Wash and peel the potatoes

Chopped into finger shape

Now boil for 3.4 minutes in boiling water

Remove from water and dry. Then sprinkle cornflour and 1/2 tsp salt over potatoes and mix well

Deep fry till crispy

Now put a bol on heat and heat the oil and fry chopped onion and capsicum

Add salt,pepper powder, sesame seeds,and both sauces

Now add fried potatoes fingers.And mix well.

Serve hot
