MAKING
For the potato basket: fill a bowl with water bowl and shred 3 potatoes in it.sieve water pour it in a big bowl,mix salt,black pepper and cornflour in it.

To make the baskets, take a 12 cup, cup-cake tray and grease the cups with some cooking oil. Using a tablespoon, spoon the shredded potato mixture into the greased cups

Once done, using two fingers, make a well in the center and spread it towards the edges to make the shape of a cup. Bake this in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

After 30 minutes remove the baskets from tray gently with the help of fork.set it in serving plates

Instructions For the stuffing: Take the baked potato baskets one at a time and stuff it with 1/2 teaspoon each of the following ingredients of chick peas, sprouted green gram, onion,, date tamarind chutney,green chutney.sprinkle save coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
