Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchpalak
  2. 1potato cubed
  3. 1onion grinded
  4. As per taste salt
  5. 1/2 tspeach haldi and red chilli powder
  6. As required oil
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. As required water
  9. handfulcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add onion,ginger garlic paste stir well.

  2. 2

    Add all masalas saute,once it leaves oil add palak and potato

  3. 3

    Add little water and allow to cook on low flame once done serve hot with steamed rice.
