  1. 2 bundle Palak /spinach
  2. 50 grams Beans chopped
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 1 Tomatochopped
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspTurmeric
  7. 1 tspRasam powder
  8. 1 tspCumin seeds/ jeera
  9. 1 tspLemon juice
  10. 2 tspCooking oil

    Cut and wash spinach/palak and keep all other vegetables and ingredients ready.

    Heat the oil in a Kadai- season it with jeera, add chopped onion, tomato and beans.Saute untill they become soft. Add palak /spinach and saute on sim heat for 5 minutes.

    Now add turmeric salt, jeera, rasam powder and lemon juice and mix well. Close a lid for two minutes and turn off heat. Spinach/ palak subzi is ready.
