Ingredients

1/2 cupCurd
2 tbspBasil seeds soaked
1/2 cupBlanched spinach
2Orange slices
as requiredPomegranate pearls
as per tasteSalt
as per tasteBlack pepper
1 tspRoasted jeera
1/2 tspSugar

Steps

In a glass add some peeled and chopped Orange slices.

Now mix dahi with boiled,blanched, chopped spinach and salt, pepper acc to taste.

Next pour little sweet dahi over this raita.

Now soaked sabza beej layer on it.

Decorate with orange slice and pomo pearls.

Serve chilled.
