Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupCurd
  2. 2 tbspBasil seeds soaked
  3. 1/2 cupBlanched spinach
  4. 2Orange slices
  5. as requiredPomegranate pearls
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. as per tasteBlack pepper
  8. 1 tspRoasted jeera
  9. 1/2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a glass add some peeled and chopped Orange slices.

  2. 2

    Now mix dahi with boiled,blanched, chopped spinach and salt, pepper acc to taste.

  3. 3

    Next pour little sweet dahi over this raita.

  4. 4

    Now soaked sabza beej layer on it.

  5. 5

    Decorate with orange slice and pomo pearls.

  6. 6

    Serve chilled.
