Kadhai paneer

For kadhai masala:- Dry roast all the kadhai masala for 1-2 min and let it cool the grind it.

Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil add dice onion, capsicum saute it and remove it then add diced paneer and saute in oil until golden brown and remove.

Now take a pan add oil and add all ingredients of gravy saute until smooth. And let it cool and blend into fine paste.

Now take a pan add 4-5 tbsp oil add gravy and cook it until it releases oil then add kasuri methi, garam masala, kadhai masala and mix well add water, and paneer onion capsicum mix well add fresh cream and salt and mix well.
