Heat oil in a cooker and add onions and fry till golden add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone.

Add mutton and fry till it becomes dry then add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Then add all dry spices.

Close the lid and let it pressure cook for 20 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
