First of all mix all the ingredients mentioned above and make a tight dough. And rest it for 20 minutes.

Now take a ball size dough and roll it thin chappati. Now apply some oil or ghee, sprinkle some flour and cut the chappati in thin strips.

Now hold together all the strips and make roll it and make it round. Apply oil and spread with hands. If needed then roll it with soft hands.

Now roast the paratha on tawa on medium flame applying oil from both sides.
