Steps

Put curd,gram flour,salt,sugar in a mixing bowl.

Add some water and make a batter,rest the batter for 10 minutes.

Add eno and mix it well.

Grease dhokla mould pour this batter and steam it.

After steam,heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when splutters add on dhokla.

Cut into pieces garnish with green coriander and serve it
