Cut and wash potatoes and beans. Also cut tomato.

In a kadhai heat oil, add cumin seeds and asafoetida. (Cooking food in iron kadhai is healthy as it adds iron in food).

Now transfer the broad beans and potatoes to the kadai.

Add all the spices and the tomato pieces in kadai. Mix all the ingredients and cover it and cooks for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame. If required add little bit water.

Once sabji is ready, serve it with paratha or roti.
