Mix yeast with sugar and add water, keep aside 2-3 minutes. Now add flour, baking powder, ghee, salt and yoghurt to make a soft dough with water. Keep warm place for rising.

Roll the dough in dry plain flour. Not to thin. Apply little bit water on top.
Use Iron roti pan. Make it hot on high flame.
Put naan on hot pan. Press it with your finger around the edge. - 3
Now turn the roti pan and cook naan over the flame. Keep turning the pan over the flame. Make sure cook it everywhere.
Once cook.
Cook it on other side as well.
Apply some butter and serve hot.
