Add all dry ingredients in a bowl whisk egg, warm water in a separate bowl.

Add butter to the dry ingredients and add whisk wet ingredients and mix a soft dough

Knead for 6 more minutes, cut and weigh dough 80grams mould. Arrange on a tray that has been floured.

And let it rise for 25 minutes set oil on fire, it shouldn't not be too hot make a hole and drop in oil to let fry.

Then serve hot or cold, you can also coat with sugar. Enjoy
