  1. 2 bowlsRagi flakes
  2. 1 spoonCumin seeds
  3. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  4. 1 spoonChat masala
  5. 1Dry chilli
  6. fewcurry leaves
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. littleSugar
  11. as requiredPeanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Keep all the ingredient at one place.

    Fry peanut in little oil.

  3. 3

    Put all the spices in oil, stir for a minute.

  4. 4

    Now put ragi flakes in this and fry for 5 minutes on low flame and add the peanut at last.
