Ingredients

  • 1 packetginger nut biscuit & digestive biscuit crushed
  • 1 bowlblueberry compote
  • A fewwhole blueberries
  • 250 mlwhipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves to Garnish
  • Custard(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take individual glasses

  2. 2

    Start assembling. First the crushed biscuit,then the custard,then a spoonful of the compote. Then cream. Repeat this. The top should be cream.

  3. 3

    Add a small dollop of the compote & swirl.

  4. 4

    Continue with the rest if the glasses. Garnish with mint. Serve chilled
