Steps

Rinse,peel & grate the carrot with hand held grater or Food processor.

Heat ghee in a karhae,or thick bottom deep pan,add the grated carrots.

Saute the carrots till they turn tender & are cooked.keep on stirring in interval while sauting the carrots..

Add condensed Milk.

Stir very well & add the cardamom powder.

Stir again & simmer the gajar halwa on a low flame stirring often,till the mixture dries up & reduces.

Check the taste & if required required u can add the sugar I did not add any sugar as the taste was perfect.

Decorate with almonds.
- 9
Serve Gajar Halwa hot & warm.
