Steps

Heat a pan.put ghee when ghee was melted add semolina, roasted on low flame, till it gets brown.

Take a saucepan.put sugar and water,heat it up, make the sugar syrup ready,put orange colour into it & mix well.

Now add the roasted semolina in sugar syrup, add cardamom powder and stir it continuously, when it becomes thick add chopped dry fruits and put the gas off.

Take a greased thali..spread the mixture & cool it down. Lastly cut into desired shape before serving & garnish with dry fruits.
