Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSemolina/ suji
  2. 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  3. 11/2 cupsugar according to taste
  4. 1 tspGreen cardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cupchopped Dry fruits like almonds, pistachios
  6. 1/4 tsporange food colour
  7. As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan.put ghee when ghee was melted add semolina, roasted on low flame, till it gets brown.

  2. 2

    Take a saucepan.put sugar and water,heat it up, make the sugar syrup ready,put orange colour into it & mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add the roasted semolina in sugar syrup, add cardamom powder and stir it continuously, when it becomes thick add chopped dry fruits and put the gas off.

  4. 4

    Take a greased thali..spread the mixture & cool it down. Lastly cut into desired shape before serving & garnish with dry fruits.
