Boil the mustard leaves,Coriander &mint leaves in 1 cup water or pressure cook for 2_3 whistle. Set aside to cool. Blend well to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan& temper with cumin seed. Saute for a few sec.add onion,ginger, garlic & fresh red chilli. Saute till light brown

Add tomato paste and turmeric powder. Mix well

Add the puree, salt to taste and fried flour. Mix well and.cook, covered in a low flame by string at intervals for 8_10min.

Serve with a dollop of butter along with mkki di roti or any Indian bread.
