Take all the ingredients according to the recipe.

Take ke karahi(wok) put semolina and gram flour or ghee together and rost till golden brown.

Remove karahi from flame.

Now make sugar syrup according to recipe ingredients.Take a sauce pan and and put sugar and water brings to boil. Make a single thread chaashni.

Now heat the wok and then add sugar syrup and stirring it Continuously.

Avoid lumbs and make a running texture.

Set it in a tray for 6-7 hours
