Puri Dough:
Mix all well, bind with warm water into soft dough and cover it for half an hour.Filling:
Roast ingredients on medium flame till it's dry.
When cooled down add blanched pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts - 2
Method:
Make pingpong balls and roll into puri, scoop a tablespoon and do filling. Bring ends together to seal.
Or make 2 puris put filling on one puri then seal it, pinch and press to give pie look.
Shallow fry in ghee or oil. Fry on medium or low flame to golden brown colour.
