Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsLadys finger
  2. 1/2 cupGram flour (Besan)
  3. 1/2 cupWheat flour
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspChat masala
  7. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  8. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut lady finger in long strips. Take a bowl add besan and flour.

    Add all spices mix it. Now fry it in oil until crispy.
