Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.

On a non stick pan, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and chopped onion, cook till onion turns pink. Then add minced beef to the cooked onion. Stir the mince gently and constantly for about 4 minutes or until the mince turns slightly brown. Make sure your skillet is hot enough so you don’t lose the juice from the meat.

Add dark soy sauce, and mix in the Asian garlic-chilli paste, vinegar, and sugar. Mix it with mince for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add capsicum.

Finally add the cooked pasta to the above mince mix. Mix well. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve.
