  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour / maida
  2. 1/2 cupBoiled and grated potato
  3. 2 tbspClarified butter / ghee
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as neededOil - for frying

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,clarified butter,salt and boiled and grated potato to get crumble texture.

    Make a soft dough

    Keep aside for 15 mins.

    Make four balls out of it.

    Roll down ball to roti shape.

    Cut round shape with the help of round cape.

  7. 7

    Preak it.

  8. 8

    Heat oil and deep fry at low flame to light brown.

    Fry all in batches.
