A great way to use up leftover bánh chưng after the Lunar New Year.

Cut the bánh chưng into small pieces to make it easier to fry until crispy.

Heat a skillet and add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the bánh chưng pieces and fry.

When both sides are golden and crispy, remove from the pan and serve. Enjoy with pickled onions for a traditional New Year treat.
