Ingredients

  1. 700 gchicken leg pice
  2. 2 tbsppaprika
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspcumin
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder or 1 tsp fresh garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspginger paste
  7. Salt
  8. 1/2 tsporegano
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Pinchblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to the chicken. Mix well.
    Marinate for 2-3 hours.

  2. 2

    Shallow fry in little oil, or grill in oven. If you are grilling add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the chicken too.
