Ingredients

  • 700 gchicken leg pice
  • 2 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1 tspgarlic powder or 1 tsp fresh garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • Lemon juice
  • Pinchblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to the chicken. Mix well.
    Marinate for 2-3 hours.

  2. 2

    Shallow fry in little oil, or grill in oven. If you are grilling add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the chicken too.
