Healthy Ridge gourd
Steps

First wash all vegetables & finely chopped & keep aside.

Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste again mix well.

Add chopped onion cook till onion get soft & changes it's colour then add red chilli powder & turmeric powder saute for a minute.

Add chopped tomato cook few minutes then add salt & chopped ridge gourd mix well & cover the pan in low flame for few minutes.

In between check ridge gourd cooked or not when it's completely cooked garnish with corrainder leaves & serves hot with chapati or poori or rice.
