Ingredients

10 minutes
4-5 units
  • For stuffing:-
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped spinach
  • 2finely chopped spring onion with leaves
  • 3-4 tablespoonfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • 50 gmgrated paneer
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 5-6 clovescrushed garlic
  • 2crushed green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonbutter
  • For dough:-
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • As needed Oil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take all ingredients mentioned in ' for stuffing ' and mix well.

    Mix all purpose flour, salt and oil. Knead soft dough with enough water. cover with lid and rest for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Knead dough again well and make balls from it. Roll out thin rotis by dusting flour.

  4. 4

    Spread stuffing over the half part of roti. Cover with other part by pressing it's edge. Cook both sides with oil on tawa. Serve with curd.
