In a mixing bowl take all ingredients mentioned in ' for stuffing ' and mix well.

Mix all purpose flour, salt and oil. Knead soft dough with enough water. cover with lid and rest for 30 minutes.

Knead dough again well and make balls from it. Roll out thin rotis by dusting flour.

Spread stuffing over the half part of roti. Cover with other part by pressing it's edge. Cook both sides with oil on tawa. Serve with curd.
