Ingredients

1/2 tbsp butter
1 egg
2 slice bread
1/2 onion
1 green chilli
1pinch salt
1pinchblack pepper

Steps

Take a pan, put ghee/ butter and let it get hot.
Now directly break the egg in pan, add some fried onion and chilli,sprinkle salt, origano and pepper.
Cook only for 2 -3mins. Serve with 1 or 2 toasted breads.
