Steps

Wash and cut the lady finger into 2" long strips.

In a mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil and mix well and make sure the ladyfinger are well coated with the masalas.

Preheat oven at 200deg Celsius.

Greased the baking tray with oil and spread the ladyfinger mixture on a baking tray and brushed the oil on ladyfinger.

Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
