Ingredients

  • 2eggplant
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 1 spoonchopped green coriander
  • 1/2 spoonchilli powder
  • PinchTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • To tastechaat masala
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put gram flour,haldi,chilli powder,green coriander,salt and water in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Make a pakoda batter.

  3. 3

    Cut eggplant into round shape

  4. 4

    Dip in batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot
