Steps

Cut potatoes into cubes and take a bowl add 1/4 cup maida and 1/2 tsp salt coat maida on potatoes by adding 2 tbs of water.

Now take kadai or wok heat oil and deep fry potatoes till golden colour

Now take 2 tbs of oil heat a pan add onion and curry leaves saute for a minute add ginger garlic and green chilli saute for a minute now add all dry masala and curd and go on stirring otherwise it separated add fried potatoes and mix gently till all the potatoes coated.

Serve hot with garnishing coriander leaves.it is just like starter or side dish enjoy potatoes 65 with family and friends.
