Ingredients

15 minutes
Per portion
  • 3jalapeño peppers
  • 3tomatillos (green tomatoes)
  • 1/2zucchini
  • 1small piece of onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 bunchcilantro
  • as neededWater,
  • 2 teaspoonsoil
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the tomatillos and zucchini in water for 10 minutes, then set aside.

    Add the oil to a pan and roast the jalapeños.

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a pot and serve. (I forgot to add the cilantro initially, so I blended it again.)
