Take your clean pot rinse with water and pour water inside your pot. On your cooker and put ur pot on it wash your beans and pour inside allow to cook till soft.slice ur carrot cabbage lettuce and wash with salt for garnishing.

Wash ur meat and cook keep aside fry ur fish and keep aside Blend your tomatoes pepper scotch bonnet and onions and keep aside. Sieve ur beans wen its soft fry ur oil from the fish oil with plenty sliced onions till the onion looks translucent pure ur blended vegetables and fry then pure ur meat stock and allow to come to boil. Add ur seasoning and spices. Wash ur rice and pour inside along with ur cooked beans ur rice and water should be at the same point cover and allow to cook.
