Tawa Lauki
Steps

Slice the lauki evenly.Add turmeric powder & chilli powder

Add salt and mix well. Marinate for 15 to 20 mins

Brush the oil on the Tawa and pan fry the lauki.fry the entire lauki sliced similarly and set aside

Turn and cook on both sides for all the slices.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Add chopped ginger and green chillies.

Add the grated tomatoes.

Add coriander powder, red chillies powder and Garam masala powder.

Adjust the salt.

Add the toasted lauki.

Cover with lid and cook for few mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis
