Wash Okras properly. After washing it thoroughly, chop down the top and bottom of the Okra

Then boil oil in pan. Add okras in it only when the oil is hot.

Fry Okras till it becomes golden.

Alongside prepare poppy seed paste. Soak poppy seeds in water for a while and then blend it in mixer grinder.

Add this poppy seed paste in the pan. Add pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Mix everything very well.

Cook in low flame till the posto starts giving out oil. Add water as much needed. Check the consistency and then finish cooking.

The entire process involves only 30-35 minutes.
