Mix everything under balls section into soft dough and roll out small balls

Deep fry and keep aside.

In apan take oil add chopped garlic, ginger and saute. Add chopped cabbage, carrots, onions, capsicum and saute.

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar. Add 1 tbspn cornflour paste salt and add water. Cook till thickness. Add balls and cook till balls gets cooked and becomes soft.

Ready to serve.
