Steps

Take a pan add tomatoes to it boil for 10 minutes.

Let it cool down. Peel it and grind it to smooth paste.

Now take a pan heat some oil. Add onion, fry it and then add pureed tomatoes. Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.

Cook till it becomes thick. Keep it aside and let it cool.

Now take boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper, grated ginger and garlic and 2 tbsp of salsa sauce.

Mix it together and make a dough like structure.

With help of hand make tikkis out of it. Dip into corn flour slurry roll in bread crumbs and then deep fry.
