  1. 50 gmskaronde washed & wipe
  2. 1/2 cupGreen chilli chopped
  3. 1/2 cupGreen Mango chopped
  4. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  5. 1 tspturmric powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspCumin seeds
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspChaat masala
  10. 1 tsproasted & grinded methi & kaloji
  11. 2 tspmustard oil

Steps

10 miniutes
  1. 1

    Cut all karondes in 2 parts.

    Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil,let it hot.

    Add Garlic,saute it.add çumin crackle it.

    Now add all spices.

    Add chopped karondes,lid it for 1 miniute.

    Now add all chopped things & cook it in slow flame.

    This will be dry.

    Now remove it from the flame.

    It can be kept 1 week with like pickle.
