Heat oil then add onions and fry.

Add the ginger/garlic paste and cook

Add the grated tomatoes and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked green grams,then mix well.

Add the cumin seeds powder,turmeric powder and salt.

Add little water then simmer for few minutes.

You can garnish with corriander leaves.

Serve with rice or chapatis.
