Scrap out the rough part of the skin of the Crocker fish and cut the fish in round

In a small pan put little oil on fire, add onion stir fry and add the pepper and continue to stir fry for 5 minute. Add maggi, curry, thyme and salt, then stir together well for 2 minute and off the heat.

Put the already fried fish into dish and pour in the pepper sauce.
