Ingredients

  1. Egusi
  2. Beaf,
  3. Pomo
  4. Shaaki(kayan ciki)
  5. Seasonings
  6. Blended onions, scotch bonnet and garlic
  7. Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur shaaki boil ones and reach it well, add beef stock fish n pomo and cook them together till cooked

  2. 2

    Make egusi paste and add to d pot add palm oil n crayfish cover the pot and allow it to cook

  3. 3

    Add ur ugwu leaves and let it simmer 4 2 minutes and put it down
