Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 table spoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 3 table spoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • For the fillings.....Cheese
  • Cooked Minced meat with seasoning and spices
  • Ketchup or leftover stew
  • Chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour salt suger,oil and activate your yeast with warm water then mix to form a dough kneed well,keep it aside to double insize

  2. 2

    Roll the dough in a rectangle shape spread the ketchup then the onions and sprinkle the cheese then roll

  3. 3

    Bake till golden brown
