Peel your potatoes and cut into patties

Boil with little water and salt and keep aside

Break eggs,mix flour with some seasoning and set aside

Whisk the eggs and dip the potatoes in the eggs then put in the flour

In a hot oil,fry until golden brown

Your potatoes are ready,serve with kunu or pap or tea
