Hummus needs no introduction as this middleeastern dip has taken it's place arround globe. It's healthy, tangy, garlicy and full of protien as it's made of garbanzo beans/Chickpeas/chana. It can be used as a dip or spread for your favourite wraps.

Cooking Instructions

Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them, you can also use can ones.

In a grinder add garlic, salt, tahini and chickpeas and blend on high speed.

Add lemon juice and water to make thick consistency.

Add olive oil to make it smooth paste. And it's done..!

Quick right.. Enjoy this as your favourite dip or just spread it on toast..!
