Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup: Garbanzo beans
  2. 4-5 cloves: Garlic
  3. 1 tsp: salt
  4. 1-2 tbsp: Tahini Paste
  5. 1-2 tbsp: Olive Oil
  6. 2 tbsp: Lemon Juice
  7. Water : as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them, you can also use can ones.

  2. 2

    In a grinder add garlic, salt, tahini and chickpeas and blend on high speed.

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice and water to make thick consistency.

  4. 4

    Add olive oil to make it smooth paste. And it's done..!

  5. 5

    Quick right.. Enjoy this as your favourite dip or just spread it on toast..!
