This is a heavenly combination of soft golden balls in tomato sauce with the silliness of spaghetti nooddles

Golden paneer balls. Grate the paneer and potato, add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes, mix & form a dough.

Make small lemon size balls out of the paneer dough

Fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour

Bolognese sauce. Slit tomatoes from the bottom and boil in water for 2 mts, peel the tomatoes, chop half of the tomatoes and puree rest of the half tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan add garlic and chopped onion, saute till translucent.

Add the tomatoe puree and chopped tomatoes, cook for 8 to 10 minutes

Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning and chilli flakes, mix well add little water if required to adjust the consistency.

Spaghetti. Boil spaghetti in salted water for given time, rinse under cold water.

Platting. Make a bed of spaghetti over a plate, spread bolognese sauce over it and place golden paneer balls on top.
