Ingredients

1 tablespoonbesan/gram flour
5-6 clovesGarlic finely cut
1 teaspoonoil
to tastesalt
1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
1/2 teaspoonhaldi / turmeric powder
1 glass Water

Steps

Heat oil in pan and add garlic to it.wait till it turns brown.

Now add besan and stir till it turns golden.

Now add water and all spices into it.let the water boil and simmer the flame for five minutes.besan ki sabji is ready to serve.
