Steps

Take a bowl make a batter of besan and curd add little bit salt mix it well in same direction add eno pouch than mix again

Than take a dhokla contanier grease with oil and spread batter in it baked for 7-8 minutes than take another pan add rai and mix it well than add sugar syrup and green chilli boil it for 3-4minutes

Than put this syrup in another bowl for become cold than spread on dhokla than cut into pieces dhokla is ready..
