First add oil 2 tablespoon add onion fry until light brown add g g paste fry then add spices n 2 table spoon water fry 15 sec.add tomato n some water cook until tomatoes mix n tender.then add green chillies n curry patta fry for 15 sec.

Add daal mong n masoor(washed n soaked)add 2 cup of water.Cover n cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes daal will be tender now make tarka.for tarka add 2 table spoon desi ghee add thin slices of some ginger n garlic fry until changes colour then add some thin slices of onion 1 teaspoon zeera n 1 teaspoon crushed red chill.

Add daal in a bowl add tarka.garnish with fresh corriander n green chilli serve hot with chapatty paratha or boiled rice.its yummy😋😋
