Cream the cheese and sugar together.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating continuously until the mixture thickens slightly.

Slowly add the heavy cream and flour.

Butter the mold and cover it with crushed cookies, pour the mixture into the mold, and bake at 392°F (200°C).

Let cool, remove from the mold, and decorate with strawberries.
